1. Introduction & Scope
InstaWorth Corporation ("InstaWorth," "we," "us," or "our") operates the InstaWorth platform, which connects business owners with certified public accountants (CPAs) for approximate business valuations and related financial opinions.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Important: All information, valuations, opinions, analyses, and advice provided through the Platform—whether written, verbal, via text, phone, video call, email, or any other medium—are entirely opinion-based and are not warranted or guaranteed in any way. The valuations received within the InstaWorth platform are not compliant with and are not accredited by the SEC, AICPA, AIB, FINRA, or any other regulatory or professional body. Information provided could be inaccurate and should not be relied upon for legal, financial, investment, tax, or regulatory purposes. See our Terms of Service for full disclaimers.

Documents
You may upload documents to support your valuation, such as bank statements, tax returns, P&L statements, leases, mortgages, and loan documents. We store these securely and may extract content to assist with analysis. Video call transcripts from CPA reviews are also stored as documents.

Activity and Usage Data
We log activity related to your valuation, including review steps, valuation updates, video call start/end times, and document uploads. If you share your valuation via a link, we may record visit data (IP address, approximate location, timestamp, and duration) so you can see who has viewed your valuation.
